The client’s request for a 40% increase in packing capacity within the same floor space as the previous unit presented a challenge we eagerly embraced. Our objective was twofold: to enhance the unit’s front view while optimising its packing space.
Our structural design team devised a solution that not only met the client’s capacity requirements but also achieved structural integrity without relying on metal brackets, thus reducing costs per unit. Within just two months of finalising the initial samples, we successfully delivered 2,300 units.
The client expressed immense satisfaction with the outcome. Not only did the unit boast superior packing capacity compared to previous models, but the cost increase was minimal.
